Kristal Piksel Video Game Awards are organized by the cooperation of the Game Developers Association of Turkey (TOGED) and METU Teknokent ATOM (Animation Technologies and Game Development Center) since 2012 in order to identify and reward games that have an original idea. 2020’s event will be held online due to COVID-19.
Applications will be evaluated by a distinguished jury consisting of the leading names of the game world, media, and education. Games will compete in 15 categories such as mobile, PC, hypercasual, console, VR game, best music, and best visual design.
Developers who will apply to Kristal Piksel must have the intellectual property rights regarding the game specified in their application. Also, their games must be published on any kind of platform between 31.10.2018 and 20.10.2020.
The Kristal Piksel Video Game Awards Ceremony will take place on November 22, 2020.
